ARP table overflow, please consider increasing max-arp-entri

Hello,
We have many log messages ARP table overflow, please consider increasing max-arp-entries
Can anyone explain what that's mean? How we can increase max arp entries?

Few day ago, i aslo have a problem with this.

the problem is in ip --> Route

Gateway of must not interface. It must be an IP address.
