Fail Over with 3 WANs (2 of them same gateway)...

Hello,
I'm trying to do fail-over with 3 WANs, and it works just fine UNTIL I setup a new line with same Gateway:

add check-gateway=ping comment=rout1-a distance=1 gateway=8.8.8.8 routing-mark=rout1
add comment=tst1 distance=1 dst-address=8.8.8.8/32 gateway=90.159.236.1%WAN3 scope=10

added %WAN3 but it change first line to Unreachable
