I have version 2.9.7 installed on a RB-532 and when I open a terminal window either from WinBox or via SSH, I get the ASCII-drawn MikroTik banner, but not the command prompt.

I generated the supout file, but I do not know how to attach it here.

This usually happens when the router is at 100% cpu. 2.9.7 is a little old too, probably an issue that was fixed since then.
