ReuterBoard 450G stop working

Hi!
My reuterboard 450g works fine for couple of days. Suddenly the green led turn off. I try everything form Winbox, net-install to hard reset etc... but no success. Inside the board i dont see any damages on any components. My diagnosis is that the ports are damage.
Also i noted that when look for the the default ip (192.168.88.1)it seems not the 192.168.88.1 instead the ip i see is 169.254.2.100 / 255.255.0.0 in the net connection details on win 8.
Do my board is fry?
Any advice?
