Hi

i have some strange problem for about 1-2 week

lan ports goes down and up with no reasons

19:52:21 interface,info ether4 link down
19:52:27 interface,info ether4 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
19:52:28 interface,info ether4 link down
19:52:30 interface,info ether4 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
19:55:36 interface,info ether4 link down
19:55:38 interface,info ether4 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
19:55:39 interface,info ether4 link down
19:55:41 interface,info ether4 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)

i am using windows 7 and there are nothing interesting in system events

thought that was a problem with onboard lan on motherboard - but with PCI Lan card problem remains

so i made a bandwidth test (tcp, both side) - problem can be repeated.sometimes.port goes down...have tried not only one port

any way to debug and fix?

Have you replaced the cable? Have you tried other port? Have you tried other device on the opposite side?

This is not support forum. You cannot require any support here...

so, braking news from support
There is an rx-overflow occured on ether4 port, that could cause an interface
reset. Try to set interface queue to ethernet-default on Gigabit ports.
Wow...will try to downgrade to 5.x...

dont want to setup such things for home network and don`t event now how to do it...

glad to see that 30 min of playing in Battlefield 3 can cause rx-overflow on mikrotik :D

I don't know why, but the gigabit ports on a 2011 seem flaky. My cablemodem won't connect to my 2011 on a gigabit port, and I recently helped someone else fix the same problem on their 2011. Cisco <> Mikrotik gigabit switch ports seems to be troublesome also.

All this is to say: Try using one of the 100Mbps ports and see if things don't get better.

I am playing battlefield 4 and having 2011 connected to modem with gbit negotiated speed, running 6.27 without such problems. Maybe you can try also the change of interface queue in addition to other things I suggested before.

so, i disable gbit speed...

at least for some hours - all ok

so, i guess that is known bug and mikrotik do nothing...

RX = receive - someone is sending traffic in manner that causes device ethernet to flap... Sorry but as far as i can see some other device in your network is spamming, or you have a loop and you blame MT??? I think this is one of, if not the most short sighted posts i have seen here.
