GRE TUNNEL NAT PROBLEM

hi please help me
one mikrotik have ip public 148.xxx.xxx.xxx
and one mikrotik nat ip 192.xxx.xxx.xxx and public ip 199.48.xxx.xxx
and now i need to connect two mikrotik with ipip or gre tunnel.
i forwarded port 47 in my mikrotik but not worked !
how to connect gre tunnel or ipip via nat ? which port can forwarded ?

Did you really forward port 47? If so, you can't succeed. Try again with protocol 47.

iam forward port 47 didnt work .
portocol 47 is tcp or udp ?
how to forward protocol 47 in windows server 2003 rras nat?

Protocol 47 is GRE, protocol 6 is TCP, protocol 17 is UDP.

Port numbers are a feature of TCP and UDP. GRE is neither TCP nor UDP so port numbers don't apply.

IPsec works over NAT and you can run GRE over IPsec, so if you must use GRE then you could try that.
You will face the same problem [and solution, I suppose] with IPIP.
