hello guys

so my network gose like these
3 WAN loadbalnced on mikrotik running hotspot and every thing working fine
the DHCP for hotspot is
192.168.4.1/16

and on the same switchs we got avaya ip system that gose with these ip range
172.1.1.1/16

the problem is when mikrotik start working in the network the Ext works fine just the voice is one way and somtimes 2 ways

disabled the Sip ALG but the same
also disabled H232 also the same

can't seem to understand whats up or what to do

any ideas ? or how to fix these problem

forgot the mention that there is a switch betwen the mikrotik and the voip

these switch is manged L2 and its interface working with MSTP protocol

don't know if it's what cosing the probelm

anther thing i add half the phones on the ip bind to bypass the hotspot
