Miktrotik and UBNT VLAN compatibility

Guys,

I'm about to implement VLAN in my network and i'm looking for advice or suggestion for my setup.

my first question is, is there compability issue if i enable VLAN feature in miktrotik router and Loco M2 or NanoStation M2 VLAN feature in customer side and will it work? see my diagram below.

Iam running an SXT whit several vlan on the ethernet port that are connected to an ubiquity switch whit no problems.

I have a question, Do you enable VLAN feature in miktrotik router


my setup is this:

Miktrotik router > Fast ethernet > ptp link > faster ethernet> Airmax omni> Client VLAN ID=100 or 200

I running tagged in mikrotik sxt ethernet - > Ubnt switch and untagged from ubnt switch to user.
