We have a requirement to "zero-rate" traffic to a specific range of addresses in the hotspot. When a user have an allocation of 10GB per month we want to zero-rate traffic to walled garden addresses to ensure that traffic to these addresses are not deducted from the user's data package.

Has anybody done this before or or have some suggestions how to achieve this?
