hello guys

i have a network thats include

Mikrotik
Cisco router
Avaya

the thing is when i setup mikrotik normally with 3 wan loadBalnce every thing works fine with the VOIP and H323

but when i setup Hot spot i get one way voice so i worked around it

by letting the Cisco giving the DHCP for the network and it give the mikrotik all the requests from the clints

working fine and the Avaya also

now i want to let the mikrotok be the main Router in the network and i want the avaya working with it

cose i got a rogue DHCP problem and can't solve it through the Cisco

any one who can help please in these matter
