Hello,

Not sure this is the right place to post this, but I have an issue whereby I am trunking 5 VLANs from one location to another via an EoIP tunnel. Below is the setup.

Cisco ASA ---VLANs 10,20,30,40 & 103---Mikrotik CRS1----EoIP tunnel on dedicated link----Mikrotik CRS2----VLANs 10,20,30,40 & 103 ---Cisco 3750G stack.

Connected to CRS1, are several servers including a DC. It issues DHCP for VLAN40 which is what the majority of network devices are on. The ASA issues DHCP for vlans 10, 20, 30 & 103 which are all wifi, guest wifi, guest LAN and IP phone networks. For some reason, DHCP does not work on VLAN40 but does on all the rest. No it was working until we turned up the additional VLANs and trunked them on the EoIP tunnel. there is no working DHCP on vlan 40 either at CRS1 or at the Cisco 3750G stack.

Does anyone have any ideas on where to look for this issue? I could see if the other VLANs were having the same issue, that this might be something to do with the tunnel, but can't see that if it is only one VLAN.
