Dear All,

I am facing issue in installing the user manager package file. I tried to install the 6.17 version but unable to do so. I tried using these files mipsbe.npk, mipsle.npk and tile.npk and rebooted the router but user manager package is not installed.
the i downgraded the router to 6.12 version and tried using the same files but with version 6.12 and still not able to load the user manager package.

my router is CCR1036-12G-4S
version: 6.12

please help me out in this issue as i am trying to resolve this issue since a week.

usermanager is not installed by default, you need to donwload the "all packages" zip file for tile architecture, extract it and move the user-manager package into your router, after reboot you will find the user-manager installed.
