WiFI Hotspot Page hangs. need to restart the router to get it resolve

Dear Mikrotik Support,
I have CR1036-12G-4S on version 6.28 and we are facing issue in guest page (hotspot) page that its not opening. we have to restart the router to resolve the issue. please look into it and if any logs is required from my side, please let me know, i will provide the logs on this forum
Will share the configuration if required.
