I've been considering adding some SR9's to our network but I haven't been able to get a response from support@ubnt.com about this question:
I want to run 802.11b/g and an SR9 in the same chassis (RB112) - is the SR9 in any way (internally or externally) succeptable to 2.4ghz interference?
I ask because if its a downconverter-based device it will definetly have interference issues in the same chassis. If its a "real" 900 radio solution it should not.
I suspect its a converter due to the size and price of the device. If its succeptable to 2.4 interference I'll likely just go with Canopy 900 and a consumer router/AP - it'd similar priced and it'd "just work". I'd rather not give motorola any of my money, though
Thanks!
