log HTTP traffic

Hello everyone,
I have a RB433 with the latest firmware installed at a college dorm. The setup is as follows:

ETH1 - internet or uplink connection
ETH2 - connection to switch
ETH3 - connection to switch
WLAN1 - disabled no wifi off RB433

I have DHCP enabled on the RB433 and a bridge setup for eth1 and eth2. All is working well but sometimes I have some clients call in and state that they cannot get on the internet. After researching it seems the RB433 is dropping packets. I setup up a wireshark session going into eth2 and logged a lot of retransmit traffic and could not connect to any URL's. I wanted to know if there is any way on the RB433 logging to log HTTP traffic traversing the router. If there is a way to do this, can someone advise me how? Thanks again for all of your help.
