Is there such a program that you can enter your card output power, your cable loss, your antani gain and give a theoretical distance calculation?

I would assume if I have a 400mw card a 3 foot cable, and a 10dbi omni that I should be able to reasonably determine the theroetical distance that it could reach another identical setup?
