PPPoE profile Fallback Issue

Hi all,
we have a question. We have PPPoE profiles. Example: User is in Profile DSL-25000 and have 100 gb traffic. if user have more as 100 gb traffic (overwrite it), they should go down to PPPoE profile DSL-6000 to end of month (automatical). On 1st day of new month, user profile should go back to dsl-25000. Can you help here please?
