Problem over video conference via Mikrotik Metal 5

Hi everyone
I faced some unknown problem on video conference (Tehran –Dubai and Italy) configuration is (PTP- Bridge to station bridge) via MIKROTIK metal 5
You can see some change below:
1-change AMPDU priority to 5, 6 and other.
2-realighment antenna on both sides. (User side and transit site)
3-change user antenna gain from 23db to 26
4—when I check with single PC or LAPTOP, I had not any problem on the throughput. I see 10/10 Mbps.
5-but I want to use zoom application I face d with problem again.
6-also changed transit pop site but problem persisted after 2 days.
Would you please help me about this issue? What can I do to solve this unknown problem?
