I'm having an issue with the hEX lite where files stored in flash are being erased during a "Reset Configuration".

It does not matter if the "Reset Configuration" was initiated via Winbox, CLI or by using the reset button.

My files and the "auto-before-reset.backup" file created during the reset configuration process do not remain in flash after the reset is complete.

I am placing this post in the hardware forum as it appear to be hardware related. I compared this functionality to the preceding model with the same configuration.

We store our reload configuration & support scripts in flash memory. Losing this storage functionality degrades our ability to use the hEX lite as a suitable replacement for the RB750. We have 780 RB750s deployed with 350 more to be rolled out over the next year.

Any help that could be provided is greatly appreciated.

Anyone else having this issue?

6.31 also tend to keep CPU hot(up to 6-8'C difference compared to expected/usual) while 0% CPU load, mysteriously on hEX.
6.31 candidates(not tested all sub-versions) had no such issues.

This is a pretty lame change.

Log files are also kept in the root of wherever 'files' now points to, so, if yo save logs 'to file' those too are gone with a power cycle.
