PPPoE Separate bandwidth for browsing and downloading.

Hi Everyone. Assalamu Alaikum. Right now I am using MT450G router for provide internet to my client and I have 16 Mbps of Internet and 5 Mbps of Youtube bandwidth. Giving service with PPPoE dialup. I would like to assassin separate faster bandwidth for browsing and slower bandwidth for download for my clients. I can do this process with static IP but I am unable to do with PPPoE service. Could you help me to get solve this issue.
